WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?

No need to panic — your kit is still on its way! Because we work with multiple fulfilment locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Most orders are dispatched within a couple of days of being placed, so the rest of your order won't be far behind.
